Munchas is an experienced catering team that will provide you with a successful event; whatever the occasion. Our friendly and professional team aims to please. Our team at Munchas understands that everyone is a unique individual and has different needs and expectations and our consultation will ensure that these are all met at all times. Munchas will provide you with an experience you will always remember and talk about with your family and friends.

 

Getting to know you.

Our initial meeting will be all about you! Remember it’s your event and we want it to be successful. Some important things to think about prior to our meeting are:

• Your budget

• The mood / atmosphere you want to create

• Proposed dates, number of guests and service requirements

It’s our responsibility to ensure your event is successful so the more details you provide the better.

Of course you want your event to be personal and special; one that everyone will remember and we do too. Please let us know of any special requirements that you may want on the day. Our recommendations

After our individualised consultation the Munchas team will provide you with a fully detailed quote. We of course understand that circumstances can and do change. If you feel the quote doesn’t meet your requirements please let us know and we will redesign the quote to your new requirements.

 

Munchas Function Packages

Munchas offers a variety of choice from low cost to premium packages to suit a range of budgets and taste’s. With over 20 years’ experience our Chef offers choices of finger food, sit down and buffet style packages. These packages are designed with everyone’s tastes in mind but if there is something that you want to add or change please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Munchas Services

All of Munchas packages include a professional and experienced team to make your event a success. Each package includes: napery, wait staff and an individualised consultation to ensure its success

 

Payment Information

So, you have decided our team tick all the boxes. When you are ready to book your function Munchas will require a 10% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will secure your booking with us and give you peace of mind that we will be working hard to ensure perfection. Full payment will need to be made 14 days prior to your function along with all your final details. Please ensure that once final payment and details are submitted details cannot be altered.

 

Accepted Payment Methods

Munchas accepts the following forms of payment methods: cash, credit card (2% surcharge applies to all credit transactions), direct deposit and EFT payments. Please note personal cheques are not accepted.
